Refunds:

For products: 

You may request a refund within 30 days of placing your order. A 5% cancellation fee, return shipping, and handling charges will be deducted from your refund amount. The product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

For services: 

Refund requests for services must be made prior to work being started. Completed services are non-refundable.

Return Process:

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support within the specified timeframe to request a return authorization.
  2. Carefully package the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
  3. Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Completed services
  • Products required to be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder

Processing Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 15 business days of receiving the item. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, minus any applicable fees.

Damaged or Defective Items:
