AMOE Online Form: https://sweepstakes.accuratearmsusa.com/free-entry-form
Effective Date: June 01, 2026
1) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY; NO PURCHASE IMPROVES ODDS
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
2) Promotion Overview; Not a Lottery; Presentation Standards; Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is a sweepstakes (winners selected by chance). Sponsor intends to avoid any illegal lottery by offering a free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) with equivalent entry opportunity (subject to limits).
Presentation Standards: Sponsor will not design or present the sweepstakes in a manner that suggests a purchase is required to enter or that a purchase increases chances of winning. Entry methods are intended to provide equal opportunity up to the Entry Limit.
Platform Disclaimer: This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other platform on which it may be promoted.
3) Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, and who can lawfully receive, possess, and take delivery of the applicable prize under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Void in U.S. territories/possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Not eligible: employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its vendors involved in administering the sweepstakes (including the Randomizer), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members; and any person prohibited from possessing firearms.
3.1 Florida / New York ARV Exclusion (Over $5,000)
If the total ARV of all prizes offered for a Drawing Cycle exceeds $5,000, then legal residents of Florida and New York are not eligible to enter or win for that Drawing Cycle, and any such entries are void. This exclusion applies automatically for that Drawing Cycle and may be reflected on the Promotion Page.
4) Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
5) Sweepstakes Structure; Drawing Cycles; Promotion Page Incorporated; Conflict/Control
This sweepstakes consists of recurring monthly drawings (each a “Drawing Cycle”).
Promotion Page: The specific details for each Drawing Cycle—prize description(s), ARV, entry deadlines, entry-earning purchase offers (if any), drawing date, and any special eligibility notes—will be posted on the Promotion Page. The Promotion Page is incorporated by reference into these Official Rules and is considered part of the Official Rules for each Drawing Cycle.
Conflict/Control: In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and the Promotion Page, these Official Rules control, except that the Promotion Page controls solely with respect to the specific prize description(s), ARV, deadlines, and drawing date for the applicable Drawing Cycle.
6) Drawing Cycle Period; Drawing Date; Timekeeping
Unless otherwise posted on the Promotion Page:
- Each Drawing Cycle Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. PT on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the last day of that month.
- The drawing for each Drawing Cycle will occur on or about the seventh (7th) business day after the end of the Drawing Cycle Period.
Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeping device.
7) How to Enter
7.1 Purchase/Order Method (Optional)
During a Drawing Cycle Period, eligible entrants may receive entries with qualifying purchases as described on the Promotion Page. Purchases are not required.
Refunds/Chargebacks/Cancellations: If an Eligible Purchase is returned, refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back for any reason, any entries associated with that transaction are void and may be removed from the entry pool (even if removal occurs after the Drawing Cycle Period). Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes engaged in abuse, manipulation, or fraud.
7.2 AMOE (Free) — Online Form
During the Drawing Cycle Period, complete the free entry form at the AMOE Online Form URL listed above. Follow all instructions. All online AMOE entries must be submitted by the posted deadline.
7.3 AMOE (Free) — Mail-In
To enter by mail, hand-print legibly on a 3”x5” card: full name, address, city/state/zip, email, phone number, date of birth, and the Drawing Cycle month/year you’re entering. Mail to:
Accurate Arms USA Sweepstakes Entry
171 E Airway Blvd
Livermore, CA 94551
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Drawing Cycle Period and received by Sponsor no later than seven (7) calendar days after month-end (or such other deadline as posted on the Promotion Page).
7.4 AMOE Equivalency
AMOE entrants may obtain up to the same maximum number of entries available through purchase methods, subject to the Entry Limit in Section 8.
8) Entry Limit
Limit one hundred (100) entries per person per Drawing Cycle, regardless of entry method, email address, phone number, device, household, or identity.
Any attempt to exceed the entry limit, including by using multiple identities/accounts/emails, automated means (bots, scripts), or other deceptive practices may result in disqualification in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
9) Prize(s); Approximate Retail Value; Odds
Prize(s) and approximate retail value (“ARV”) for each Drawing Cycle are listed on the Promotion Page.
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Drawing Cycle.
No transfer, substitution, or assignment of a prize by winner permitted, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary, subject to applicable law.
10) Winner Selection (Third-Party Randomizer)
At the end of each Drawing Cycle, Sponsor will select potential winner(s) in a random drawing using a third-party randomizer selected by Sponsor (the “Randomizer”). Sponsor remains responsible for compliance and prize fulfillment.
11) Winner Notification; Affidavit; Verification; Anti-Scam Warning
Potential winner(s) will be notified via email/phone/SMS within a reasonable time after the drawing.
Potential winner(s) must complete and return an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where lawful), and any tax forms required (e.g., W-9), within seventy-two (72) hours of notification (or such other deadline specified by Sponsor). Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Verification / Proof Package: Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, and residency (e.g., government-issued photo ID and proof of address) and may conduct any lawful verification it deems necessary. If any information provided is false, incomplete, inconsistent, or misleading, Sponsor may disqualify the entrant and/or winner, and all associated entries may be void.
Anti-Scam Warning: Sponsor will never ask a winner to pay money, provide banking credentials, or purchase anything to claim a prize. Any message requesting payment or financial information is not from Sponsor.
11.X Firearm Prize Verification and Claim Deadlines (Time is of the Essence)
If the Prize includes any item required to be transferred through a Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”), the Potential Winner must also satisfy the following, time is of the essence:
- a) FFL Designation Deadline: Within five (5) calendar days of Sponsor’s request, Potential Winner must designate a receiving FFL located in the Potential Winner’s state of residence (if required by law) and provide Sponsor accurate contact/shipping details and any documentation the receiving FFL reasonably requires to accept shipment.
- b) Scheduling / Appearance Deadline: Within ten (10) calendar days after Sponsor confirms shipment (or confirms availability for local pickup at Sponsor’s FFL if permitted), Potential Winner must contact the receiving FFL to initiate the transfer process and schedule completion of required steps.
- c) Transfer Completion Deadline: Potential Winner must complete the transfer (including paperwork, background check(s), and waiting periods) within thirty (30) calendar days after the firearm is made available to the receiving FFL, unless Sponsor extends this deadline in Sponsor’s sole discretion based on documented, unavoidable delays caused solely by the receiving FFL or government processing.
- d) Authorization to Confirm Status: Potential Winner authorizes Sponsor to communicate with the receiving FFL solely for purposes of confirming identity, eligibility, and transfer status (e.g., proceeding, delayed, denied, not completed).
Failure to satisfy any requirement in Section 11.X is grounds for disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, as determined by Sponsor.
12) Firearm Prize Terms; Disqualification; Alternate Winner Selection
If the Prize includes a firearm, magazine, receiver/frame, or any other item that must be transferred through an FFL (collectively, a “Firearm Prize”), this Section 12 applies and controls in the event of any conflict with other sections.
12.1 FFL Transfer Required; No Direct Transfer
All Firearm Prizes will be transferred only through a properly licensed FFL in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Sponsor will not transfer a Firearm Prize directly to any winner. For out-of-state winners and/or handgun transfers, the Firearm Prize must be transferred through an FFL located in the winner’s state of residence as required by law and standard practice.
12.2 Winner Must Be Legally Eligible to Receive and Possess
Receipt of a Firearm Prize is conditioned upon winner being 21 years of age or older and able to lawfully receive, purchase, possess, and take delivery of the Firearm Prize in the winner’s jurisdiction, including successfully completing all required background checks, documentation, permits (if any), waiting periods, and any other legal requirements.
12.3 No Substitution; No Third-Party Transfer; Identity Match Required
Only the verified winner may take possession of the Firearm Prize. Winner may not assign, transfer, sell, or request transfer of the Firearm Prize to another person. Sponsor reserves the right to require government-issued photo ID and any additional verification necessary to confirm winner identity and eligibility.
12.4 Fees and Costs
Sponsor will cover shipping of the Firearm Prize to the receiving FFL designated by the winner (as approved by Sponsor). Winner is solely responsible for all other costs and obligations, including but not limited to: FFL transfer fees, background check fees, permits/licensing, storage fees, taxes, travel, compliance costs, and any costs associated with receiving or possessing the Firearm Prize.
12.5 FFL Determination Controls; Compliance Modifications; No Compensation
Sponsor may require that any Firearm Prize be transferred only in a configuration compliant with the winner’s jurisdiction and the receiving FFL’s policies (including substitution/removal of magazines or accessories where necessary for legal compliance). Sponsor may rely on the receiving FFL’s determination regarding legality/compliance and transferability as final for purposes of administering the sweepstakes.
Any compliance modification (including removal/substitution of magazines or accessories) will not be considered a failure to award the prize, and winner will not be entitled to compensation, reimbursement, or substitution due to such modification.
12.6 Firearm-Specific Disqualification Events
A Potential Winner (or winner) will be disqualified (and an alternate winner may be selected) if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion:
- a) Prohibited / Ineligible: Winner is prohibited from possessing firearms or otherwise cannot lawfully receive the Firearm Prize under any applicable law; or
b) Denied / Not Approved: Winner is denied approval by NICS, a state point-of-contact agency, or any other required authority; or
c) Delayed / Not Completed Timely: Winner’s background check or transfer status is delayed or otherwise not completed within the time limits set forth in Section 11.X (including any reasonable extensions granted by Sponsor); or
d) Noncompliance with Process: Winner fails to timely provide a valid receiving FFL, fails to timely appear at the receiving FFL, fails to timely complete required paperwork/steps, refuses to complete required documentation, or otherwise fails to cooperate with lawful transfer procedures; or
e) FFL Refusal / Legal Barrier: The receiving FFL refuses or is unable to accept shipment or complete transfer for any reason (including local legal restrictions, compliance concerns, or FFL policies), or Sponsor determines the Firearm Prize cannot lawfully be transferred to winner in winner’s jurisdiction; or
f) Attempted Circumvention / Misrepresentation: Winner attempts to circumvent laws or FFL processes, requests transfer to an ineligible person, requests shipment to a non-FFL address, provides false or misleading information, or otherwise engages in conduct Sponsor believes compromises compliance, safety, or the integrity of the sweepstakes.
12.7 Proof of Denial/Delay; Sponsor Discretion
Sponsor may request documentation from the receiving FFL confirming that the transfer is denied, delayed, incomplete, or otherwise not eligible to proceed. Sponsor may rely on the receiving FFL’s determination and/or applicable government processing status as final for purposes of administering this sweepstakes.
12.8 Forfeiture; Alternate Winner; No Cash Alternative
If a winner is disqualified or otherwise cannot lawfully receive the Firearm Prize, the winner forfeits the Firearm Prize in its entirety. There is no cash alternative. Sponsor may select an alternate winner via random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for that Drawing Cycle (time permitting) or as otherwise determined by Sponsor in accordance with these Official Rules.
12.9 Safe Handling; Compliance Acknowledgment
Winner may be required to sign an additional acknowledgment confirming compliance with safe handling, storage, and all applicable laws as a condition of prize award. Sponsor makes no warranty beyond any manufacturer warranty that may apply.
13) Publicity; Winner Media Requirements; Optional Future Incentive
Except where prohibited by law, winner agrees to the publicity terms in this Section 13 as a condition of prize acceptance. Where prohibited by law, winner may still accept the prize without providing publicity rights.
Except where prohibited, winner agrees Sponsor may use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, photograph, video, voice, and prize information for advertising/publicity in any media without additional compensation.
Pickup Media:
- If winner picks up from Accurate Arms USA (or Sponsor’s designated FFL): winner agrees Sponsor may record and photograph pickup.
- If winner takes delivery through a receiving FFL: winner agrees to provide reasonable photo/video proof of pickup upon request.
Optional Future Incentive: Sponsor may offer additional entries into a future Drawing Cycle to winners who provide pickup photos/video. Providing pickup media is not required to enter or win the current Drawing Cycle and does not affect eligibility or odds for the current Drawing Cycle.
14) Taxes
WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES (INCLUDING INCOME, SALES/USE, OR OTHER TAXES) ASSOCIATED WITH RECEIPT AND/OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. Sponsor will not pay or reimburse any taxes.
Sponsor may require the winner to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or other applicable tax documentation) prior to prize award, and Sponsor may issue the appropriate tax reporting forms (including IRS Form 1099, if applicable) as required by law.
If required by law, Sponsor may withhold and remit taxes; any such withholding does not relieve winner of ultimate tax responsibility.
15) Release; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Randomizer, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability for claims arising from participation or receipt/use/misuse of any prize, including firearm-related risks, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims arising from winner’s possession, handling, storage, or use of any Firearm Prize, to the extent permitted by law.
16) General Conditions; Fraud; Right to Modify; No Responsibility for Technical Issues
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes.
If Sponsor determines that fraud, technical failures, platform restrictions, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of a Drawing Cycle, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes (or the affected Drawing Cycle), subject to applicable law, and may award prizes from among all eligible non-suspect entries received up to the time of impairment. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify a Drawing Cycle if the total number of eligible entries received is insufficient to conduct a meaningful drawing, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
Released Parties Not Responsible For: Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or postage-due entries; (ii) any computer, telephone, cable, network, hardware, software, or technical malfunctions of any kind; (iii) unavailable or inaccessible internet service or website/app; (iv) traffic congestion; (v) unauthorized human intervention; (vi) printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors; (vii) any injury or damage to persons or property (including devices) related to participation; or (viii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed transmissions or communications.
17) Privacy; Marketing Opt-In
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy below. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of information as described therein for administration of the sweepstakes and permitted marketing where lawful.
Marketing Opt-In: Marketing communications (including SMS) are optional and subject to entrant’s affirmative consent and Sponsor’s separate SMS/marketing terms and privacy policy. Consenting to marketing is not required to enter or win.

Mandatory Individual Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or any prize shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

20) Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be construed to best effectuate the parties’ intent consistent with applicable law.
21) Entire Agreement
These Official Rules and the Promotion Page constitute the entire agreement between entrant and Sponsor with respect to the sweepstakes and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications relating to the sweepstakes.
